Characteristics:

The Lacquer membrane has good alkali stability ,durability, adhesive force, flexility, wear and impact resistance .

Outstanding water, oil and solvent resistance

Intended uses:

Generally used to be protective material for the surface of water factory,steel equipment, etc...

Technical parameters:

Matching paintepoxy paint, Chlorinated Rubber paint, polyurethane paint, Acrylic paint, etc..

Surface treatment:

All the surface should be clean ,dry and no pollutant

New steel products should be sand blasting to reach Sa2 grade or use sandpaper to burnish and clean.

Old steel products needs stripping ,rust removing, burnishing and cleaning before start construction.

If the paint is too dense ,use matching thinner to meet the requirement for Viscosity.

Note:

Need polishing and decontamination processing if this kind of paint is used on the surface which has old lacquer membrane.

strengthen the protection of working, avoid poisoning

the shelf-life of this product is one year

it is flammable, put it on a cool and ventilated place, far from heat and fire

It is not suggested to mix with other similar products
